"Fantastic!! This was our favourite hotel!! We were travelling for three weeks so stayed in many places but this one stood out from them all. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. "My son and I stayed for just one night whilst travelling to the North of The Netherlands. The hotel is convenient for the motorway. Check In was very straightforward and all the information we needed was provided. The room was in a separate annexe adjacent to the hotel and was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The centre of Bergen, which was only 10 minutes walk away, has a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Overall i was very happy with our stay. The only downside was that our room was on the top, third, floor of the annexe and the stairs were narrow and steep and difficult to access whilst carrying bags. I have a long standing knee injury which makes matters worse. There is no lift. It would have been helpful to know about the access issues at the time of booking so that i could have requested a ground floor room. Hopefully the hotel management will see fit to amend the information on the website."

"We really loved that the rooms are air conditioned! We were there during a summer heat wave! Also appreciated that it was very quiet and we barely heard other guests. Outside the window was a different story especially on trash pick up day! However that was only one day! The best part is location location location! Perfect for walking everywhere where in town! It is also a great location for exploring Zeeland! If there was anything we disliked, it was the sensor light in the bathroom because most of them time it wouldn’t come on and then when it finally came on I was headed out the door! Dumb place for a sensor light IMO! Most people know how to use a light switch! We would stay there again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are amazing and very clean. The hotel is in a quiet area which we liked. We chose this hotel as it’s in a quiet area, as I unfortunately have stage 4 Cancer, so wanted somewhere where we could rest and relax. This place definitely fitted that. The food is also amazing, as are the staff. The staff were all very helpful and were very accommodating, especially as we don’t speak fluent Dutch. We are already planning our next stay at Christmas! Cannot wait to return. Thank you for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. "
