We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are amazing and very clean. The hotel is in a quiet area which we liked. We chose this hotel as it’s in a quiet area, as I unfortunately have stage 4 Cancer, so wanted somewhere where we could rest and relax. This place definitely fitted that. The food is also amazing, as are the staff. The staff were all very helpful and were very accommodating, especially as we don’t speak fluent Dutch. We are already planning our next stay at Christmas! Cannot wait to return. Thank you for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated in a dreamy location right behind the dunes. The spa area is very clean and truly top-notch! However, the breakfast leaves something to be desired with limited choices and lack of quality: No fish, no cheese platter, no fruit salad, no premium breads, just basic rolls. There's room for improvement! The rooms were tidy, and the staff was always very helpful and friendly.

Is this a swingers hotel??

Positive: close to the beach, friendly bar staff Negative: no utensils in the kitchen. You can rent for 35 euros - never delivered in our case. TV remote control not working - we were told they could not fix. SPA: we got thrown out; you have to be naked, listening to audiobooks on phone not allowed, to avoid camera is used.. no bags allowed (unless transparent which incidentally is sold at the hotel) to avoid filmcameras. We felt superuncomfortable..

Nice hotel, good location, breakfast nothing special. We missed even some simple things as fried eggs or fruit salad. Sauna is charged extra per person 19,50€ per Day. Bathrobe 8,50€ per day. I’m used that sauna is included. Especially once fotos are shown on homepage.

All good. Just one thing destroyed everything. At the checkout, I asked if I can stay until 12, but the lady at the frontdesk told me, in a cold way, no, u have to pay additional 50 euros and u can stay until 1pm. Because they are fully booked. First of all, they are far from fully booked. All type of rooms are available on all booking platform to book. So dont treat others like this. Second, the service quality is really bad at this level. You could just say, yeah; stay a few minutes would be fine. Or something more soft. Last, 50 euros for 2 hours? What a joke??? And also, most hotel check out time is 12, not 11! So this lady kills all. Really destroyed the experience ….

We kregen een grotere kamer dan verwacht, dat was leuk. Heel comfortabele bedden, lekker geslapen. Ontbijt had voldoende keuze en in het restaurant werden we goed bediend. Zeer goede ligging vlakbij de kust. Super wellness eraan dat was het doel van onze reis. Klein minpuntje: gebruik toch geen wegwerpbekers meer!

Wir kommen seit Jahren in dieses Hotel und schätzen besonders die Lage. Die Zimmer sind mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen , z. B. Sofa durchgesessen, Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht, Teppichboden in den Zimmern und könnte ein Makeover gebrauchen. Frühstück in Ordnung aber auch Luft nach oben.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour deux couples accompagnés de quatre adolescents, notamment en raison des photos du site mettant en avant une piscine. Sur Hotels.com, celle-ci est présentée comme une piscine “pour couples”, ce qui peut prêter à confusion. En réalité, il s’agit d’une piscine nudiste : elle est non seulement interdite aux moins de 18 ans, mais également inaccessible si l’on ne souhaite pas enlever son maillot de bain. Une information essentielle qui n’est absolument pas précisée lors de la réservation. Concernant la restauration, il est indiqué un accès jusqu’à 21h. Pourtant, à notre arrivée à 20h30, l’accès au restaurant nous a été refusé car nous sommes un groupe (4 adultes et 4 enfants). Là encore, un sérieux manque de clarté et de cohérence. L’accueil a été particulièrement désagréable, ce qui contraste fortement avec l’attitude respectueuse et compréhensive que nous avons adoptée. Enfin, l’appartement avec cuisine est très mal équipé. Lorsqu’on réserve ce type de logement, on s’attend à un minimum d’ustensiles et de matériel ce qui n’était pas du tout le cas. En résumé, une expérience décevante, avec plusieurs informations trompeuses et un service qui laisse à désirer.

Frühstücksbuffet bietet normale Auswahl. Nichts außergerichtliches aber ok. Über ein Omelett oder etwas Lachs hätte man sich gefreut. Zimmer wurden erst gereinigt, als das Schild rausgehängt wurde. Vielleicht ist das so üblich oder ein Missverständnis unsererseits. Ansonsten Zimmer sehr geräumig. In der eingebauten Küche gab es weder Tassen, Teller noch Besteck. Schön wären richtige Gläser gewesen. Wein aus Pappbecher schmeckt doch nicht so gut.
