One of the standout conveniences was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. It made arrival and departure completely seamless and stress-free, especially when travelling with winter gear. From the moment we stepped onto the shuttle, everything felt easy and well-organised. "The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Helen the manager often went above and beyond to meet the needs of guests. The environment was relaxed. The location was close to ski slopes and they also provided a free shuttle which was a plus."

"The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were a bit run down but usable. If you plan to ski or eat at Nozawa Onsen it makes it very difficult. The first shuttle from Togario Onsen to Nozawa is at 9:24am and the last one was o round 4pm. No taxi after 6, so you cannot eat dinner in Nozawa staying here. While it is not the hotels responsibility, it made dining options very limited. The front desk staff was unfriendly, apart from the hosts wife who tired her best to arrange accommodation. "

The Ryokan is around a 300-500m walk from the ski lifts however they offer a shuttle service every morning. You can also reserve the shuttle at other times to head out to restaurants etc."
