Hotels near Glenwood Theatre at Red Bridge

"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet, so that was appreciated! I slept great! The box springs were exposed which was odd. Parking was easy. Breakfast was nonexistent. What is the large bar area used for? I went down at 9am for coffee and there was nothing in the cannister. There were a pile of sheets and towels in the hallway on the floor when we arrived and the next morning as well as a large bag of trash near the elevator. "

"We had a double queen room with sitting area Cons: key cards slide instead of tap, so don't have your hands full! Both beds were awful. One had an obvious (like 4-6") dip in it. The other felt like it was supposed to be firm but had no support so it was like laying on a cot. Most of the USB outlets were broken. Bathroom was clean but there were areas you could tell the cleaning wasn't very thorough. Also one of the shelves in the shower looked like it had been cut and never repainted. Lots of light and very cold air came in under the door so we had to use a towel to block it. Also unplugged the microwave and alarm clock bc they were so bright. Elevator somehow came to a jolting stop every time even tho it was extremely slow. Pool did not feel heated at all. Expedia shows hot tub, but there wasn't one. Fitness center had drinking fountains and it was obvious the water was not filtered. Thw fitness center was also inaccessible in the morning due to working on the door lock. These things are pretty consistent complaints I have about all Holiday Inn hotels I'm required to stay in for tournaments. Usually the only good things about these hotels is the breakfast, insane amount of outlets, and kind staff."

"Cons: very basic room furnishings. Not many plug-ins, only a desk chair, room just seemed empty compared to other rooms we've had. Toilet paper was stationed more towards the back side of the toilet which was annoying to have to reach back to get it. Discovered the shampoo was empty and when I called the front desk, housekeeping hadn't gotten there yet, so I had to go down to the front desk to get some which was just uncomfortable being grungy in front of all the breakfast eaters. Pros: beds were firm, no sagging or dips like at Holiday Inns. Breakfast was pretty good. Egg & cheese omelets instead of flavorless scrambled eggs. Fresh waffles were amazing. Fitness room was nice with good variety and purified water filling station. Ample (free) parking all around the hotel. Didn't get to use the pool"

"The staff were very friendly and professional. Plenty of parking spaces and there is underground parking that saved our vehicle from a bad storm with hail. Great location close to all kind of shops and food places. The suite is spacious with microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. Definitely will stay there again if in the area."

"Room was very clean, towels were decent quality. Had a small problem with the window window, and the staff was very responsive and helpful."
