"Safe location, basic amenities, Plastic ziplock bag left in the Shower when we arrived, a few clear blood stains in fabric of couch, staff gave us 2 free breakfast tickets, for a comp, there was one person in the restaurant serving the whole room of 8 families so we left"

"The staff was very helpful and nice. When I arrived at Eaglewood Resort and spa, I needed some cough drops, which the store there didn't have, so one of the managers had some personal ones and gave me some. I also had a medical emergency, the staff was very helpful before, during, and after the emergency. The staff treated me like a family member. The room I was in was very quiet, great insulation. I went to the grill and bar for dinner and had a cesar salad. What I got was the best salad I have ever had, and again the staff was great, kind, and friendly. I plan to stay at this place every time I am in Chicago again."

"This was an average Hotel and was what I would have expected except, the hotel was undergoing renovations and there was dust and construction going on. Staff was super friendly and the bed was more than comfortable. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi which was clean and worked well. Overall, this stay is 3 stars, and would have been 4 had there not been construction."
