To be honest, we found this hotel a bit depressing. The decor could use a refresh; the brown colors are dark and dull. Our room was huge, and very clean, but felt sad, as did the hallways. Things improved the next morning when the lights were on in the breakfast room. Breakfast was free (much appreciated), but they were out of butter and there was no ice water available. We appreciated the free shuttle back to the airport.

We had a good one night stay after our flight was cancelled. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. However, the hallways were not as clean. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, close to several restaurants. They were so accommodating from helping me print a document that I needed to giving us a bandaid- we couldn’t have asked for better service and friendliness. The breakfast was wonderful, room very clean, and location perfect. We will definitely be back.

Nice room and airport shuttle. It was a good place to stay after a missed connection at O'Hare. Free breakfast, but get there early - it closes at 9:30 am, we found it pretty well picked over by 9:00.
