"Lovely hotel and definitely recommend if your travels take you to this area."

"The beach was beautiful, the small bar serving the Beach gave it a true local feel. The people were all very friendly. The most amazing gem was the Restaurant just up the street, a true Oasis in an otherwise somewhat barren area."

"The Quinta Amala was an amazing place. The location with the view over the landscape with rice fields and pine woods was beautiful. Each cabana, house, had privacy and were souronded by beautiful plants and flowers. Beautiful architecture of the houses, the pool area, lounges and dining room. We felt close to nature, silent and relaxing. The food was also very good, including the breakfast with local food. The staff were all very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome and well taken care...

"The outdoor pool was large and accessible. The breakfast was plentiful and also included a hot breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was a family friendly hotel. Rooms were clean. Slightly outdated hotel but we enjoyed our stay. Would return. Good car parking. Reception is 24 hour apparently."

"Great place to stay for a nice weekend. We enjoyed the stay very much. Great food in the restaurant."

"This property was absolutely amazing, will definitely be back."

"Great stay, staff was friendly, view from dining room for sunset was amazing, food was great! Would stay here again and highly recommend it."

"It was a great stay, very good for business travel"

"Great Stay at this hotel, I was on a business trip and it was very comfortable"

"A peaceful retreat - in verdant landscape - perfect for a calming escape! Do the wine tasting!"

"Excellent location. Right across quite beautiful beach. Excellent breakfast. Nice big room with big balcony overlooking pool."

"Beautiful property will definitely go there again. The pool is not heated, which is good to know. Air conditioner in our room and the fan in our room would not turn on so it was a very warm night. Bed was very comfortable and the resort is beautiful."

"Beautiful and comfortable home. The listing was a little incomplete so it was unclear exactly what we were getting but pleasantly surprised. One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. It just would have been helpful to know they would be there. The listing said it was entirely self check-in. "

"Big and pretty room. Nice amenities. Worth the price"

"Booked a last minute reservation and was very thankful they could accommodate! Beautiful hotel grounds, comfortable beds, great breakfast, and a warm welcoming staff. "

"A truly lovely, peaceful and welcoming family-run hotel. Every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay feel incredibly comfortable and special. We only had the chance to stay for one night, but if we had the opportunity, we would have loved to stay much longer. You can really feel the care and personal touch that goes into running this beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️"

"The staff was excellent!"

"Good location"

"Really good breakfast!"

"Unfortunately, we only spent a short time here (arrived at 8pm, and left before 10am the next day), but the property was perfect. Very clean, and quiet, and the owners are very nice. I would recommend anyone to stay here."
