"Beautiful hotel. Clean and rooms were great. Beds were super comfy. Only thing I could say needs improved is parking costing an additional $25 for the hotels garage. Also the housekeeping staff are very loud (shouting down the hall at each other) and block the hallways on both sides making it hard to get through. "

BEST location, walking distance to Old Market restaurants and shopping. And importantly, unlimited and free shuttles to all our destinations in the city (Zoo, restaurants) plus airport pick-up and drop off. We will definitely stay here again."

"When I got there the lady that checked me in on Monday Feb 16, 2026 was the nicest, best customer service I have ever had at a hotel. She checked me in quickly, made sure I knew everything and told me where my room was. This is the first hotel in Omaha that I have stayed at that the keycard actually worked the first time so I was grateful for that. The room was super clean and bathroom and the Shampoo, etc was Dove which was a nice surprise. The bed was super comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee super good. Next time I go visit my daughter at College I am staying here! Wonderful visit, thank you all! "
