Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown - Waterpark by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was great, and there are a lot of great dining options within walking distance."
"The hotel was experiencing some technical difficulties with room keys during our stay. BUT, the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful in a situation that was highly stressful. Guests were given complimentary hors d'oeuvres and drinks for the inconvenience. Also, a complimentary breakfast.
Our hotel room exceeded our expectations! It was large and beautiful. There was a big room just to sit (and do yoga!) and a separate bedroom. Everything was tasteful and clean.
Staff gave great recommendations for things to do. I would encourage folks to consider this hotel in the future."
"Loved the fun vibe and location. The lobby was a very unique experience with games and lots of seating! The beds were very comfortable. Free coffee in the morning. "
Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market
10/10 Excellent
"Complimentary breakfast was great, evening reception was nice with 2 alcoholic drinks per person & soda pop for the kids. Very family-friendly place, very clean, liked the layout of this hotel, perfect spot close to old market, riverfront & downtown Omaha. Parking was close & secure. Good customer service. The one thing I was surprised about was no fan in the bathroom, so a bit damp when we each took a shower, but not a dealbreaker. Price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again."
