Really enjoyed our stay, very nice and helpful staff, the included breakfast is an amazing plus and the food was good. The room was clean, with a lot of space and comfortable bed. Overall a very good experience, the airport shuttle also a nice service, would recommend.

Upon arrival the staff was very helpful with the valet parking and then with check-in. Room was very pleasant...large and with features making us feel like being at home. Breakfast was excellent for a hotel/motel. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The staff is very nice and helpful, but the rooms are not always as clean as you expect, first time there was a hair in the shower, second the trash bin with left garbage. The renovated rooms are great, in the old ones the shower isn’t perfect. The rooms certainly have the best amenities for an independent stay, and on the whole the hotel is more than fine.

For an older downtown hotel staying for a week with a kitchen, living area ,desk and the open bedroom it was an amazing place. The updated rooms with the modern design gave you all the everyday convenient living needs at your side better than home in some cases ha . Very clean and a wonderful breakfast room the hotel staff provided with lots of diff seating options it never felt crowded . The downtown location was great shopping and restaurants within walking distance or rent an ebike or use the hotel shuttle within a three mile radius like to the airport , zoo , theater , river walk , parks around the city were the best , all from the downtown hotel location.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff is great. The lobby area, elevators and breakfast/ dinning are not very clean and has an obvious odor of older building sewage. Also the dinning and breakfast area are extremely warm. Housekeeping only attends to rooms every other day not determined by your check in or out days.

great central downtown location. Staff were great and hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. Stayed in a suite with kitchen facilities which was great for the time we were there. Parking is at the carpark next door and simple to arrange but is not covered in cost of the room. definitely recommend.

Great location to enjoy Omaha city centre. Close by the Old Market area, arenas and night life. This property is in a very structurally sound historic property which was formerly a U.S. Post Office. Parking nearby and accessible to city sites on foot. Comfortable clean rooms and very quiet.
