Hotels near Georgia Renaissance Festival

"Parking was favorable. The breakfast was not up to par, in my opinion. People had to wait for the hot foods, as there was not much made at time. The hot tub was down for maintenance, which I understand. The pool was open. However the filtration system was not functioning. The bathroom exhaust fans didn't work. Apparently they are an older system that thet chose not to update. Overall, I will not book at this hotel in the future. I booked based on their previous high ratings. Unknown as to how they were rated so high. Scale of 1 to 10, I rate a 3."

"Toilet doesn't work they would not change my room. They did fix toilet but then they had roaches the plugs won't hold anything The mini refrigerator went out No trash can Never again 😒 I really deserve half my money back."

"I wish I could tell you about the hotel's free breakfast, but when I checked in, the desk clerk failed to mention its existence. She also forgot to mention the check-out time (it's 11 am, posted on the room door). Parking in front of the hotel is limited. My room was basic, with no modern USB charge-points, but it served okay. Fridge and microwave worked. The A/C unit buzzed loudly when the compressor was running. "

"About the only good thing this hotel has going for it is the staff. They are all very nice and pleasant to work with. The rooms have a very strong smell. I’m not sure if it’s the cleaning products that are used but it is not a “clean” smell, it was very chemically, and it didn’t go away in the two nights we stayed. The water pressure in the shower is sinfully low, our bathroom sink was slow draining from the moment we got there. The duvet was thin and when we asked for more blankets they gave us a sheet. We also asked for an additional pillow since there were only three on the bed and the front desk said they didn’t have any. Zero extra pillows in the whole hotel? The continental breakfast would have been nice, but the food was cold despite it all sitting on heaters. It’s cheap if you’re trying to save a buck, but there are other cheap hotels in the same area that we’ve had better experiences at. I’d recommend going elsewhere."

"There was some kind of sorority reunion at the hotel that weekend. There was not adequate parking. People were parking in the street, at the entrance, and at the fast food place next door. All of the vehicles parked at the fast food place were broken into. At least 4 vehicles parked at the back of the hotel were broke into by smashing out windows. This hotel is not a proper place to host a event like this."
