The staff were fantastic and most helpful. the facility is very nice and clean and is within walking distance to many attractions. Very quiet. The staff are all nice and made the stay easy and even more comfortable. They were the highlight of our stay.

Really beautiful building that's been restored with plenty of character. The location is excellent. The staff and the manager, Aitee, made us- my wife and two young children- very welcome and was fantastic. Really recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel, a little gem. a unique experience in a heritage house/ hotel. The stalf we're exceptional and went out of their way to assist and cater for your needs. The personal touch is everywhere in this hotel from the dining room, to the courtyard and common areas an enjoyable experience all round.

Located within Georgetown, it is within walking distance to many of the attractions in Georgetown. The food selection and availability is also incredible. What is most attractive though about this property is that is retains so much of the original vibes of a peranakan shophouse. The blend of historical furnishing and modern amenities makes for a nostalgic and yet comfortable stay. The only setback is its location along a narrow road. This means getting on and alighting from transport is going to pose some challenges, and the noise from the roads gets in if you are in the road-facing rooms like we were. Its is ideal for larger groups and we would definitely recommend it for families or larger group of friends.

使われなくなった古民家をフルリノベーションされたヘリテージホテル。プラナカンハウスの様式そのままで、泊まることで造りのすばらしさに触れることができます。それぞれの部屋以外はエアコンはないのですが、エアコンがなくても涼しく快適に過ごせる風の通る居心地の良いホテルでした。なんと言っても一番素晴らしかったのは、居心地です。わが家で過ごしているかのようなとても心地よい、ホテル暮らしとは思えない過ごしやすさでした、ホテルの方もとても気さくでフレンドリーでした。初めてならここがおすすめだよと様々なことを教えてくれます。バスで行くならこうとか、とても優しいです。朝食も毎日７種類の中から選べ、中庭を前にゆったりと一日を始めることができました。困ったことがあっても即座に対応してくれ、何の心配もいりませんでした。また、こんなにコストパフォーマンスの良いホテルは見たことも、聞いたことも、体験したこともありません。ペナン、ジョージタウンのヘリテイジに宿泊するならこのイースト インディーズ マンション以外には考えられないのではないでしょうか。

Beautiful heritage mansion in the heart of Georgetown, location was great with easy access to tourist sites and quay buses to the airport, Penang Hill and beaches at the national park. Breakfast choices from traditional Penang to western fare + fresh fruit.

There was absolutely nothing what we did not like! We loved the history of the place, it was unique and the staff Ben, Sandra and Bell were wonderful. Always there with a smile and little ideas what to do next. The room was huge and super clean. So many details every where and so quiet. Outside is the hustle and bustle which is super great and inside is peace and quietness! We would come back any time.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was awesome! Great customer svc with a personal touch provided. Bfast was also great. My son didn't want to leave as he was truly enjoying his stay.
