"The toilet was running continuously which was very noisy and affected everyone’s sleep. "

"My room was basic at best with a double bed rather than Queen. The heating/cooling system was noisy and the room overlooked a roof top which contained various machinery probably related to the heating and cooling system of the hotel. Not pretty at all. However the staff were nice and the room was clean."
