"The room was newly updated, modern, and very comfortable. The airport shuttle was confusing on arrival ,no signs or schedule at the airport or online. At the hotel, though, the schedule was clearly posted, the shuttle ran on time, and the driver was very friendly. I arrived at 12:30pm and asked about early check-in, but was quoted $60 even though check-in is at 3 pm. I would’ve preferred being told the room wasn’t available. Overall, an excellent stay. Great location close to the subway. I’d stay here again. "

"Great stay! This hotel is older and a little rough around the edges and may need some updating but it is clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. I must point out that every single staff member we had contact with were outstanding. The two young fellas at the front desk when we arrived from a long haul flight were super friendly and helpful and had a line of us checked in within minutes . The lovely ladies in the breakfast room the next morning were so pleasant and working hard to keep the small area cleaned and ready for the next customers, most of whom have flights to catch. A very good selection of breakfast food as well. They have an airport shuttle as well that showed up on their posted timetable so that was super nice after a very long flight to not have to stand there waiting forever. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends. "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The highlight of my stay was the pool and the hot tub... I would definitely come back! The resort fee is a bit annoying given that I didn't go to the casino and the buffet was closed. I'm not sure what that fee is for "
