"I chose this hotel because of its proximity to YVR Airport. The shuttle was convenient and the drivers were courteous. The front desk gave me just the room I wanted, on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the main street.The room itself waa quite comfortable, with a clean carpet and a TV with lots of channels. The hotel was nice and quiet, so I slept exceptionally well.Benny at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and Jasmir did a terrific job keeping everything stocked for the delicious hot buffet breakfast. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and accommodations provided by this hotel, and recommend it highly."

"Staff esp men clueless about amenities; room clean but paint peeling off and leak damage. Rooms need repairs. But comfortable and is def return."

"Horrible experience, called in advance to plan our adult children's early arrival, prepaid rooms, provided credit card for incidentals and parking etc. Provided names of the kids, confirmation # all as requested. Front desk was completely incompetent and could not read room notes. Turned our children away after being all arranged. Had to essentially yell to be given a manager to speak with. The manager was excellent to deal with and sorted out the situation to allow our kids to get into our rooms. Then upon my arrival the front desk still could not comprehend anything. Asked for my credit card again to charge incidental holds even after it was already done. Gave me the wrong room keys and could not figure out room assignments. We will never stay here again. My children when asking for sugar for coffee was told they wouldnt send to room and they needed to come to front desk. They were given glare stares and made uncomfortable. Horrible experience, never again. Hotel layout is ridiculous for elevator access and parking when navigating luggage and bags. "

"Check in process took about 20 mins as you need to upload ID and visa info even if prepaying online with Expedia. Told to use Expedia chat to communicate with hotel?? Hotel didn't take visa for preauth had to be done online. They are trying to go digital but very inefficient and time consuming especially for elderly people and not tech savvy. Staff didn’t seem very helpful, said all info is on the online portal re: restaurants but didn’t offer any extra info at all. Nice location but wouldn’t stay again. "
