"Clean room & well maintained facility, except for the last floor that accesses the pool, it could use a little updating. All the staff are friendly & helpful . Subway,Starbucks & cha time are in the same grounds. McDonald’s is a few steps away as well as the access to NAIA Terminal 3 & Newport world resort. Its really handy when you’re flying in or out of the country/city."

"The room smelt, and was very tiny. The bathrpom was so small you have to almost sit on yhe loo to shut the door, to get to the shower, otherwise the door hits your feet. Rediculous for what is not a cheap hotel. The rooms and grneral corridors ate very tired, and have a musty smell. The pool, which is its big sell, is very cold, and so shallow that it only comes to adult waist level, and that is not the kids area. Please do not book this hotel, unless you want to be disappointed. "

"This hotel property is located fairly close to the airport. The lobby area was relatively new but I noticed that there was no air conditioning in the seating area, which made the lobby stuffy and warm. The designated guest area had a odour to it that was difficult to explain ( slight sewage smell ). But the staff at check in were extremely warm and helpful. We also availed ourselves with the free airport shuttle but I would highly recommend arranging for pick up before arrival in order to make the pick up smooth. The suite/ room was clean and comfortable, and came with some toiletries and a toothbrush which made our brief overnight stay easy. We did not eat at the in-house restaurant but took advantage of the complimentary breakfast which was delivered to our room. Delicious meal of chicken tapa & pork tocino. Shower was hot although the water pressure was weak. The room a/c worked well and I found the bed mattress firm but comfy. We also arranged for a late check out which is an additional fee but was greatly appreciated. The lobby cafe serves up some delicious hot and cold coffee beverages for a fee. Staff were always pleasant and willing to be helpful."
