"No ice, and no refrigerator. NO ice container. Our first room had a black floor. Cannot see the dirt, changed rooms. In sufficient hot water. Don;t recommend this hotel."

"Close to shopping great location. Hotel is well maintained. Staff is awesome. Breakfast buffet included all food was delicious. They offer airport transfer. Have stayed here several times will continue in the future. "

"This old hotel is in a very run down condition. Our shower, telephone and toilet did not operate at different times during our one night stay. Its age means it is high maintenance but staff are few. I have a feeling that Covid-19 was the nail in the coffin. We found a dead squashed cockroach in one of the blankets and the pond area, where you could chose a fish to be cooked in the restaurant was polluted and fishless. I feel sorry for the staff having to constantly field people's complaints. Unless the management get a grip and inject serious money into the establishment, I doubt whether this once fine hotel will still be open this time next year - very sad. "
