"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

"The hotel staff was very accommodating. Early check in was very helpful from a long 3 hrs drive. One particular staff named Kyle Was always there to help He provided us ice water when we were sitting down in the al fresco area. The following day We were at the pool area he brought us pool towel without asking for. He was always one step ahead. Making our stay memorable. We all decided we will book again on our next vacation at NUUK Hotel due to their friendly , accommodating and helpful staff. Oh the Breakfast that was included was spectacularly delicious"
