"Fabulous property! All of the Staff were SO friendly and service oriented. We loved our pool suite as it was private and spacious. The property is lush with greenery, flowers, a gorgeous Koi pond and waterfalls along the way to our room. The Deeva restaurant served a excellent breakfast with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food to choose from. They have different themed evenings so we got all our meals there. We even took a fun Balinese cooking class. I enjoyed a wonderful 90 minute hot-stone massage that was one of the best I have ever experienced. The Udaya Resort and Spa rates 5 stars with me. "

"The property is old and needs bit of repairs when it comes to washroom or fan. The fan is there but doesn’t work and at night AC is not enough. The housekeeping guys are very hard working and super polite. The lady that did our check in was not very pleasant but the lady that did our check out is super sweet. She was very professional and easy to understand our needs. Will definitely recommend them if you want to be away from crowd and busy city vibe. . "

"Amazing rooms and pools. In middle of jungle, so very sedate. Suits most, but if you like walking out to a restaurant, you’re out of luck. You need a cab to get in to Ubud Staff very friendly and kind. Slow at breakfast and they ran out of beer in restaurant. I’d still give it a 9/10 though. It’s beautiful and relaxing. "

"Check in was a little protracted. I didn’t think I needed a detailed explanation of how to find things on the property using the map. Turns out I did as the map is somewhat confusing. Rooms are lovely, amenities for bath and different types of pillow options were a treat. My room came with “butler service” which is really nothin different than you’d get from any nicer hotel…turn down service etc. I was very disappointed that my room choice didn’t allow for the in room chef and breakfast did not come with my stay."
