Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge hotel rooms a the Great Wolf Lodge

"We loved the breakfast every morning. I love the indoor pool area since it has the bigger pool and hot tub but also has a kiddie pool that is warm as well!"

"I really liked this hotel overall. It was fairly clean, though I would recommend to anyone to wear water shoes at any water park. Hair, bandaids, and food are expected at any facility such as this. The water was cloudy at times, but I saw this mostly in the two stationary pools: the basketball pool and the hot tub. Moving water stayed pretty clear. And speaking of moving water, the shower in our room ran inconsistently. It would just cut off during a shower or not turn on at all. And during "peak" shower time (like after the water park closed) it wouldn't warm up at all. Another complaint I have that is related to capacity is the lack of elevators. One on each end of River Lodge and one in the middle. The placement is not the issue, it's the fact that there is only one and it's slow. Even many small hotels have 2 elevators side by side. We would have taken the stairs more often, but we have a very independent toddler who takes a year to go down 4 flights of stairs. Anyway, I'd still come back for sure. Just maybe during an off-season time. If those even exist with indoor water parks. "

"Really enjoy our stay. Right in town, walking distance to everything. Staff was super friendly and helpfull...all Tennessee people were very friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was good. "

"One of the best places we’ve ever stayed on vacation! The trolly transportation to and from the parks plus included time saver passes were an huge perk! Our Jr suite was spacious and CLEAN. Our kids loved the bunk beds and their own tv, the arcade, and the campfire s’mores at night! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was so welcoming! Starbucks in the lobby and cinnamon bread room delivery 👍👍. None of us wanted to leave this beautiful resort. We’ll be back for sure!"

"We only stayed for two night but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and provided family friendly activities each night. It's far enough from Gatlinburg and toward the end of Pigeon Forge that it isn't too crowded but is close to everything you could want to do. "

"Can’t give a good review since I was unable to check in after a 13hr drive. Only thing is they didn’t call me in advance to let me know they couldn’t check people in after the outage went out. Now I will be waiting for my deposit. Good thing I didn’t add on all the add ons they email before checking in. "
