"Even though our first impression as we walked into the lobby wasn't the best, as both ladies at the front desk were glued to their cell phones and looking down, the check-in process went smoothly and quickly. Since we are organized and clean, we aren't ones to require service in our rooms during short-term stays. However, Belkys, the Housekeeper, was excellent in providing a change of towels with a welcoming smile. Her good mornings were sincere and felt like a hug! The breakfast food wasn't to our liking when we tried it the morning after our arrival, but we did enjoy the coffee that was offered on a daily basis; it was strong and always hot! I failed to ask for her name, but the pregnant team member working behind the breakfast buffet was exceptionally welcoming and friendly the days I would see her when getting coffee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay here again if we come back to Pigeon Forge, TN!"
