"This facility used to provide a complimentary breakfast to each guest; it was one of the things I looked forward to when staying there the several previous visits. Now it's $10.99 (PER DAY) for an adult breakfast. They had many other new additions, in terms of activities for kids, but all came with an additional charge. For our room and the meal pass for our group, the per day rate was more than I would have had to pay for a 1200 sq ft condo on Panama City Beach... and God forbid, you decide to grab a WalkingTaco and a cold drink by the pool! I loved your facility, but it was not a good value for my hard earned money."

"Very clean facility. Comfortable bed. We had an accessible king bed room and it was huge. Easy to move around in for my husband with a broken ankle. The pools (all 3!) were well kept. Pretty landscaping. Breakfast was just okay, though coffee was really good. Friendly, professional service. I was impressed with the low price for the value and quality. Would definitely stay there again."

"There was mold in the bathroom, the elevators were dirty, there was never any luggage carts(i think they only had 4 total). the sink leaked, the faucet handle didn't work as far as changing the temperature, it burned my child. The breakfast being “catered” by the buffet next door was an absolute joke. I have never experienced a worse breakfast. They had zero opinions, i thought they would at least have cereal or something. The eggs looked like it was sat in a liquid, the biscuits were hard. The mattresses themselves were not comfortable. The top blanket looked very old and dingy. Almost like they have been using them for 15+ years. Also, the staff was incredibly nice. Even if they don't do the room cleaning during your stay the woman that was cleaning stopped by my room and knocked to make sure we had towels. She was incredibly nice! The front desk when i checked in was also very nice and very quick. I overall did not enjoy my stay and it felt like the only amenity was the indoor pool (even though it wasn’t very clean either) and the rest of it wasn’t even the full truth. We will not be returning and we will be warning others."

"Hotel was in a good location and the staff were nice but that’s all. Breakfast was poor, barely having any options. Elevator was broke down the entire stay, and we had to wait roughly 12 hours for new towels. Little things that need improved."

"We stayed at Wilderness at the Smokies – River Lodge Suites last weekend and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the resort had plenty of fun activities for the whole family. We had no issues during our stay, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a fun family getaway! 😊"
