Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge hotel rooms a the Davidson

"A fabulous hotel!!! This is most likely the cleanest, best run hotel in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We booked a king room w/pool view, 2 nights. The room was very spacious, immaculate (like the entire hotel premises) and sound proof. The bathroom was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of choices including eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, OJ, cranberry and apple juice. The dining area was clean, spacious and open 6-10am. The pool areas were well maintained and provided towels, lounge chairs, tables and chairs. The hotel is centrally located and only 5 min to The Island. Overall, we would rate this facility 5 star+ and will make this our new go-to hotel while visiting Pigeon Forge. "

"Manager Monty was extremely unprofessional Milly desk work completely unprofessional she hugged me without my permission they both mad comments no one should share with a paying guest after I complained they became very aggressively rude toward me and my family !never acknowledged us gave free drinks too white family didn’t offer any to us and it was a birthday! Also pool wasn’t working in door nor the infinity pool the parking lot was limited but charging 15$ a night guest didn’t have nowhere to park ! Spoke with ray he did give us a few breakfast which wasn’t enough I wouldn’t recommend this location The only thing that was ok was ray "

"Walkable everywhere, 15 min walk to the aquarium. Trolly stop available for free right in front for those unable to walk. Staff was amazingly sweet and helpful. Will return in the future "
