"The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. The only down side for me is the lack of mirrors in the room. I am 4ft 11ins and I could not reach the only mirror above the bathroom sink. The staff and bar patrons were very helpful and friendly. It felt like a family run business. NEC is just a bus ride away, and the bus could be caught just outside the hotel. In a nutshell, I had a fantastic stay."

"Lovely room nice and clean. Fridge could be bigger ok if on your own. Make sure you pay for a food voucher at reception before eating at the restaurant as it’s more expensive. "

"Had a great stay Luke and his team are great very friendly and approachable nice bar the breakfast is fantastic especially for the price and the pizza shack in the beer garden is really good excellent fresh pizzas definitely stay again as the rooms are clean comfortable with great pillows "

"The hotel was undergoing refurbishment. Not all the rooms are ready so very quiet. Car park wasn't lit either. Was ok for an overnight stay though but won't re-visit until completed. "

"Arrived late, no food available die to refurb was not told this when I booked. Expensive for nothing but a bed to sleep in! "
