Lovely big family room comfortably fits 5. We were located at the back of the hotel near the car park. Which was very warm in this weather and only 1 fan was provided so would recommend taking an additional one. We kept the windows open in the night but the noise outside with traffic, bin lorries etc was pretty loud so kept waking myself being a light sleeper. Kids slept through it though. Car park was the biggest down fall. The spaces were small and not a lot of room to swing cars around so even if there is a space it can be inaccessible due to the angles and size of car. There is an overflow car park though. Overall for the price is was a nice stay and nice location.

Lovely room amenities are great. Staff is a bit hit and miss, bar staff don't know the hotel details. Was a little late checking out but then had to return as I'd left my car keys in the room......was met with a somewhat indifferent member of staff who could do with a little customer service training. Room small but was spotless and the bed comfortable. The staff were all helpful and pleasant - nothing too much trouble and they did all they could to ensure an enjoyable stay. Despite a very busy time with an event for Remembrance they went out of their way to ensure the hotel guests were not neglected.
