"Super séjour aux Cinque Terre, l'appartement se trouve à 12 minutes environ de la gare de La Spezia, départ en train vers les 5 terres. L'appartement est dans un village typique, calme et avec une terrasse avec vue sur la mer ! Le petit déjeuner est posé devant notre porte à l'heure demandée. "The room was amazing, we got to stay in 302 which was the corner room and it had a great view of the town and the plaza. The bed was comfy and the space was nice for us Americans that are used to bigger spaces. 😅 Would stay here again if we come back to Italy. They were also doing maintenance upkeep on the building while we were there. It was nice to see them keep up with a historic building like this one."

"Loved the uniqueness of the property but found the lighting in the rooms not adequate. Staff were not well informed regarding the lights in the rooms maybe there was better lighting but we couldn't find it. They also should have taken the credit card on arrival as we had to wait a checkout to pay the tourist tax."

"The location is incredibly convenient! Only about a 7-minute walk from the train station and just 5 minutes from a laundry service, which is very convenient if you need to have your clothes washed during your stay. And let’s not forget that you’re right in the heart of La Spezia, with restaurants, cafés, and everything you need just steps away. We originally stayed in La Spezia as a base for visiting Cinque Terre, but we were pleasantly surprised by the city itself. The walks are absolutely mesmerizing, especially in the evening, and there are so many great restaurants around. A fantastic location for exploring both La Spezia and Cinque Terre!"

"I will start this saying that we’re in our 70’s and this accommodation is definitely geared for younger people. That said it was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback for us was the 38 stairs to the room. Our rooms were directly above the La Spezia train station which made traveling to Cinque Terre or Porto Venere pretty easy. Breakfast is at a bar in the train station and was a coffee and croissant. Air conditioner worked well and the room and bath were clean."
