"Very cool and historic. Staff friendly. Great porches and tables for games in main lobby area. Great musicians in the lobby in the evening. Just be aware it is of the era. No mini fridge or micro. No elevator, so you carry everything up the stairs. Part of the charm, yes. A coffee maker in the room would have been a giant upgrade, instead of charging over $5 for it. Pack your French Press and enjoy the gardens."
"The staff is very friendly and the tent we stayed in was very clean. The location is great-- although if you're a light-sleeper you might not like the close proximity to train. However, staff does make sure to provide ear plugs if needed. We would certainly return and stay here in the near future."
"Be aware! This is a no frills location. No nearby restaurant or bar. You'll get a comfortable and clean room. Plenty of towels. A keurig for coffee and a small fridge. I imagine it could be very noisy if you have noisy neighbors in other rooms. It was PEEFECT for being closer to Many Glacier for our plans the next day, and that's what we needed."
"We really enjoyed staying here. It was nice being by the lake. The staff in the front office were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. It was a convenient location for us to do all the hikes on that side of the park. Highly recommend based on the staff and the beautiful view from our cabin. It was absolutely breathtaking!"
