"The room being small and the view from the room not very nice (dirty roof). Also, the air conditioning was weak and the room very hot although it wasn't hot outside. "Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood...

"The hotel is well located if you need to visit the adjacent industrial area. Very friendly staff. Simple but good diner options. I read the hotel just changed ownership, so probably renovation of the rooms will take place in the near future. That would make it even better. "

"A little construction work going on in the street should be done soon. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk away from the tourist areas grocery store across the street and a few restaurants close by. Logan at the front desk was professional and courteous making us feel welcomed."

Large rooms. Walk to the airport

"Great choice near the airport if you need a lot of space. We booked a one bedroom apartment, and had plenty of room to spread out and go through all of our bags. Our flight arrived late at night and we decided to pick up the rental car in the morning. You can easily walk to the rental counter at the airport from this hotel along well paved sidewalks and pick up your rental car. Ask the front desk or Google maps for directions. Saves on an over-priced taxi. Several restraunts nearby. Only issue is people tend to congregate and smoke outside the door and you can hear them talking and talking... late into the night. Had to call the front desk a couple of times to ask them to tell guests to be quiet. Try not to get a room above the entrance. "

Wonderful stay.

"Arrived early as had early flight. The receptionist was very accommodating and found us an available room. This was very welcome as it was 34 degrees at that point. Air condioning was fantastic. A life saver. Average temperature over the 5 miles guts was 37 degrees. Slept better than at home. Electric shutters blocked out light and sound of trams passing. Perfect!"
