Such a wonderful apartment for the cost - everyone is war, hospitable and friendly. Fantastic room and kitchenette and bathroom for the cost. Love it! Aldi nearby. Staff very professional and pleasant. It's wonderland I've returned 6 times in the last year.

The entrance to the hotel is a little bit hidden and it's not very obvious where to go when you've reached it. This might be a real challenge when you come in darkness. The inner courtyard could be more pleasant. It would definitely benefit from some flower beds or shrubs around. Also, I would be happy if there was any English channel available on the TV in the room.

BEWARE

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. PLEASE BEWARE! The room they gave me was not cleaned, stains everywhere, my son stepped on a dirty tissue, toliet was not flushed. There were rusty scissors just sitting on kitchen counter, it was horrible. Also, I had 6 luggages and they put me on the 4th floor which I thought was strange. The entire place did not smell right. I got a bottle of wine and they had no opener. I was suppose to be staying for 3 nights but I left after 2-3 hours once I was able to change my flights. They did not respond to any of my issues until about a week later and refused a refund and are telling me I stayed 2 full days. Now I am stuck disputing this with hotels.com ( who I use all the time and expected more help from) and with my credit card company now. This was so disappointing

Cet établissement qui n'a d'hôtel que le nom est une véritable catastrophe. On ce demande même comment ils peuvent conserver leurs 3 *. Déjà nous avions réservé une chambre la matin même , nous devions recevoir un code pour passer le portail a cause de notre arrivée tardive (indiqué dans leurs communication) ...Niet ! Nous avons dû suivre une voiture pour rentrer puis aller voir le garde de nuit, qui nous a donné un code pour le parking qui était ... Expiré... Une fois garé et notre carte de chambre obtenu qu'elle ne fut pas notre surprise en découvrant 3 préservatifs sous le canapé lit, un canapé lit visiblement rongé tellement il est vieux et un bonbon mâchouillé plein de cheveux ou de poil dessus ... Le ménage semble une véritable option ici ! Et que dire des 2 pauvres serviettes et 2 pauvres coussins pour 4 ... Sommes nous censé faire un Hunger games avant de dormir et savoir qui aura un coussin ? En résumé cet hôtel est miteux ! Aller voir ailleurs pour le même prix vous êtes sûr d'avoir mieux

Des équipements cassés et le ménage pas fait. Un pied du lit cassé. Le canapé avec une latte cassée. Le dessous du lit poussiéreux et les plinthes poussiéreuses. Chambre pas très propre où nous avons pu constater chouchou et papier de bonbon sous le lit à notre arrivé , poussière sur les plaintes laissant à désirer sur la qualité du ménage fait . Peinture écaillée dans la salle de bain Meuble d’évier abîmé par l’eau, un peu vétuste , à se demander si ça ne casserait pas dans les mains….certainement à rénover sans parler de là robinetterie sous les évier et lavabo présentant des vers secs 😳 2 cuillères pour 4 , le listing n’est pas reçu avant chaque client Le lit clic clac n’est pas super confortable que ce soit pour une ou deux personnes Les rideau voilage arrivent à la moitié de la fenêtre 🙄. Pas de couettes en plus à disposition ni couverture, la chambre à coucher ne présente pas de radiateur ni de Clim comme la petite pièce de vie Je note particulièrement l’ensemble du logement en mauvais état de location qui ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un bon weekend sur Toulouse avec notre programme
