"While there were a few minor maintenance issues with our room (some of the power outlets were not working, refrigerator door wouldn’t shut, hotel wifi cut out), the staff were so responsive and had it all fixed by the very next day. Amazing responsiveness and politeness. The location of the hotel was way above expectation. Quiet area but only a short walk to Myeongdong Market. For our family’s first visit to Seoul, it was perfect. "

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are quiet, clean, and neat, and the Grand Kitchen breakfast buffet has fantastic taste and selections. I'm returning next year and will stay longer; three nights was too short. My daughter and I enjoyed staying at the hotel."

"Everything was great! Very nice spacious clean rooms for very reasonable price! And perfect location right outside subway entrance and across mall. Only thing was the elevators are pretty slow. But other than that we loved and would definitely stay here again. "

"Comfortable bed and very clean. Close to Gangnam Station. Staff advised us of best option to meet a day tour at closest pick ip point. Substantial and tasty buffet breakfast. Freely available coffee, tea, toiletries and even pyjamas in lift lobby to take to rooms.not far from beautiful Bongeungsa Temple."
