"We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel The hotel was excellent overall, and everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff were always happy to answer our questions and assist us with anything we needed.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing—honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. If I could give the breakfast six stars, I would!
The only disappointment was our room. We had a standard room, and it was rather small and felt quite dated, as though it had not been renovated in many years. The room itself was very clean, but the beds were extremely hard. The mattresses also seemed quite old, and unfortunately, we found them very uncomfortable to sleep on.
Aside from the room and especially the beds, everything else about the hotel was fantastic. The wonderful staff, excellent service, and truly exceptional breakfast made our stay a very positive experience."
