"Everything was perfect. Room was very fresh and clean and beds were very comfortable."

"We got in just after midnight but the reception welcomed us with a free upgrade that we didn't ask for. We left at eight the next morning so we didn't have much time to enjoy the room but it was practical with all necessities like fridge, desk, cell phone charger and a coffee maker. We had a city view as well. We did not try their breakfast buffet as it felt pricey for us. Would stay again."

"Pleasant hotel with charming and helpful staff, great cafe and excellent rooftop restaurant. Breakfasts are mega. Wonderful kingsized bed, strange transparent glassed-in bathroom. Who needs to be seen in the shower or on the toilet?? On a hilly slope for those with walking issues, please note, but relatively near subway, and across the road from airport limousine bus. Many good cafes in area."

"We had to wait 10 min for our room to be ready and they got us a bottle of wine just for that. They apologized more than 10 times, chased us down to give us the key, and even apologized again at our checkout. you don't get this kind of service in the US. "
