"The location of the facility was great! However, the outside was dirty and run down especially for the price. Also, I called the front desk to let them know we would be gone all day but, we needed some clean towels and asked if someone could drop them off. I was told no. We stayed 2 days and only has enough for 1 day. The room had a weird smell when we first arrived. I mean it was an alright place but, definitely not worth the amount we paid."

"We loved staying at this Bed and Breafast! The amenities like wine and dine, along with the home cooked breakfast were wonderful! It had easy parking out front and was only three blocks away from The Grand. Would definitely stay there again!!!!"

"It was ok though the room door didn't close properly. If it wasn't so quiet I wouldn't have felt safe. Also there were so many bugs at the door on the morning. "

"I am grateful for everything,The people at the front desk are nice, family Feeling , the room looked dark needs more lighting, under the bathroom sink there was lots of mold it was black :/ the shower was good , no breakfast , please bring your own towels and blanket to sleep ..Is close to the beach..I like the cats :) They do not let you check out later than 11:00 ;/ when you get to the motel it does not look very nice from the outside, and I felt little unsafe if you have children with you , but at night they have lot of light inside , it was not the worse motel I guess .. the tv worked fine. The fridge worked , the AC does not stop all night :/ and after staying there my nose hurts is like an infection I guess .. probably the mold and the AC not sure , 1 night is ok..:) the price was ok ..always thankful:)"

"The hotel page says there is "self-parking available". That would imply maybe there is an option of valet parking? Unless you go to the details page about parking you won't find out until arrival there there is no on site parking. There is limited on street parking due to limitations for local resident parking. The only real option is to use the parking garage, which is a block away from the hotel. And this costs $15 per day in addition to the room charge. So what they don't tell you directly is you will essentially have to pay the extra $15 per day for your car unless you are lucky enough to find an open spot and don't mind the risk of parking on the street in a tourist area. If you want wifi, you either use their non-secured access or you have to sign up for membership with IHG to get access to secure wifi. And the process was not straight forward. After finishing the water bottles that were in the room at check-in the staff member who came to clean the room told us you only get one unless you belong to some club??? The room was very nice, the breakfast was good. If you are willing to pay the extra for parking and are a member so you get the secure wifi, this is a nice hotel."
