"Amazing property, staff very helpful. Breakfast very nice and family friendly. Wonderful place to stay"

"Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!"

"It was ok. Good food, decent room, nice heated pool and parking. Price was fair market at 231 with dinner."

"Beautiful property, excellent service, great location!"

"awesome architecture and character"

"the room was not to clean but not bad"

"Great hotel"

"Awesome hotel and tremendous surrounding places. Great service and food."

"This hotel was our best stay in Israel."

"Hotel and staff were nice. Beautiful and delicious hot breakfast with a large assortment of food. We were in a wing with central air conditioning that is not individually controlled and I did not know that. The A/C was off for the winter (end of October and it was a warm day) and the room was warm when we checked in. The staff got us fans so that we could open the windows and cool off the room. "It was fine for one night. Good breakfast selection. The receptionist needs to work on his people skills because he is working with the public and is the first impression that people see upon arrival"

"Great location. Great view Clean room"

"Lovely place in a great location. The staff is awesome and so helpful. Great place."

"Great hotel with wonderful people. Spacious room, comfortable and well maintained, plus a lovely balcony. Peaceful location slightly away from the main tourist centre but an easy walk and very close to bus stops. Would definitely come back and stay longer. Really appreciated the friendly welcome."

"Staff were amazing. Friendly & Helpful. Facilities are great and well cared for, clean and maintained. Food was excellent, great variety. Staff throughout the resort as well as restaurant staff were helpful, polite and very ontop of everything. Really a great place to relax and enjoy and feel you're getting value for your money. Thanks for making a relaxing and enjoyable experience"

"The place is close to most places in the Galilee area and is great for families with kids. The view of the lake from the dining room is fantastic but you don't have access to the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback was that we found the AC made the room initially too cold so we turned it off. There are lots of places to go for walks and a canoe/paddle boarding rental near by access from Yardenit down the road."

"Very bad experience for a couple due to all kids and families. We left a day earlier"

"Gorgeous honeymoon getaway"
