"This hotel is in a perfect location at romantic zone. Beautiful views of sunsets, pier activity, and ocean front. Listening to the ocean waves from bed at night was great. The hotel is less noisy than others in the area that I’ve stayed at. Great balcony with comfortable chairs. The room decor is a one star (no decor) with only one painting above the bed, basic, simple construction- no baseboards. The lack of indoor character is compensated by an excellent ocean view. All essentials are there: ironing board, refrigerator, safe. Great location."

"The staff were excellent. Food was very good. We never tried the room service because the menu looked unappealing. The Alacarts were all great. We loved the beach. Water was warm , clean and clear. No rough surf like other places I've stayed on the Pacific coast. Really easy to get around. Lots of taxis or the bus stop is in front of the resort. The only negative thing was the ridiculously expensive games room. The resort should really review the pricing structure as it's not realistic. We passed as I would rather give my money to the excellent friendly staff. Overall a good experience. We stayed 10 days."

"We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did."
