"We always have a great experience at Garza Blanca hotel, the only problem we have is when we check in the young lady tell us we have a free upgrade WiFi and we just need to accept the charges, when whe check out the person on the front desk want to charge us $170 for the WiFi service, we explain him and he seems kind a upset, and make me put in a not with an explanation. I don’t need an upgrade WiFi I just take it because they offered to me. Thank you!!"

"The hotel is a great place to stay if you are looking to be beachfront and in the middle of so many places. Its in a great location, the rooms were clean and the staff super friendly. We were 6 adults and had two large family rooms."
