"The rooms are clean, with parking in the basement, we enjoyed the breakfast,variety of dishes, nice tasty food. Staff are very polite and helpful. But the bed is hard to sleep on, Personally i love asoft confortable bed, I think the beds could be improved. But over enjoyed our stay."

How is this from a hotel claiming to be at the forefront of hospitality and even running a hospitality school."
