"good - clean room good water pressure, can bring your dog for free - front desk dude however wont give you an extra pillow or room key. At least the lobby wafted with curry! Lol. Not exactly a hospitality oriented property but a good port in somers point (which is a nice town)"

"Overall an excellent hotel. However, the wifi was extremely poor, so much so that you couldn't stream any TV or movies on the hotel tv or your personal device. I'm not sure how patrons having a working stay could get any work done in their room because the WiFi connection was non existent."

"My only issue is when we arrived was informed that the check in will be at 5pm. On the hotel website including “Hotel”.com it shows 3pm check-in. I booked two rooms for myself and another family member. We drove 6 hours to get to hotel to get told the rooms still being clean and other guest have not check out yet. The website is misleading if the check out is at 5pm instead of 3pm. Once my husband call and the hotel to speak with the manager was told they are not in today. Why was the manager not onsite. Few minutes later was told the room is now available. "

"The hotel if you need to stay urgently for one night. The heater did not work all night ones blowed cool air. Will not be going back "

"Absolutely awful and unsafe experience. I booked this hotel for a cheer competition and arrived after a 6-hour drive with my three young children and our dog. From the moment we entered the lobby, the atmosphere felt off. There was a woman sitting there who appeared homeless, which immediately raised concerns. While checking in, my 7-year-old needed to use the restroom, and staff repeatedly insisted she go alone, which was completely unacceptable. We got our keys and headed to the room, but the conditions were shocking. The hallways had visible damage, including holes in the ceiling, and the smell was overwhelming—a strong urine odor throughout. It was disgusting. When I opened the room door, it was clearly filthy and falling apart, so we didn’t even step inside. To make matters worse, another individual who did not appear to be a guest was riding a bicycle through the hallway near our room. The entire environment felt unsafe, unsanitary, and honestly gave off the kind of unsettling feeling you’d expect from something you’d see in a trafficking documentary. I immediately requested a refund. The manager first offered a “nicer side,” then denied the refund and claimed I was lying. Thankfully, I had photos and Expedia issued the refund. If you value your safety, your children’s safety, and basic cleanliness—do NOT stay here."

"This place was outdated and dirty! The furniture had pet hair all over it. I requested a different room because I’m allergic to pet dander. They were not able to accommodate me."
