"I want to say that the staff was very friendly. My room was nice and clean despite there being a missing light fixture in the bathroom. My biggest problem was wifi projection. There was no wifi in my room at all, even being on the 4th floor. I had to go to the lobby for wifi. Please adjust this issue"
