My stay was awesome, staff was super sweet satisfied with my stay I will definitely stay again.
Room was fairly spacious and cozy. Area was quiet and safe. Easy check in/out. Pretty fair price I’d say. Only con is it’s fairly far from the main parts of Tokyo.
Staff are very helpful. During the stay, we need to recieve a package. Staff informed us as soon as package arrived. Our Japanese are not fluent, but staff was always patient in understanding our needs.
Good building, nice room, but no laundry services present or in the vicinity.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The customer service was great. Front lobby staff were all friendly and easy to communicate with. (However please note I was communicating to them in fluent Japanese, not sure how easy it would be for foreigners).
The bed was made well, but after sleeping in it for a night, the sheet came a little undone, and we saw that the mattress underneath was incredibly stained and dirty. It felt a little bit offputting to know that we were sleeping on a dirty mattress, but at least the sheet covering it was clean. Still, not the best impression or feeling.
The shelf near the sink has a cheap look to it with poorly constructed metal fencing. It was already broken a bit when we arrived and the metal fence kept popping off.
They offer free amenities, like every other Japanese hotel. Their amenities were good.
Loved this hotel! Felt like a luxury hotel without breaking the bank. Plenty of amenities provided. Very comfortable bed and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend!
Nice but staff does not speak English very well. Popular for Japanese people but for foreigners maybe not. It showed up in expedia so we just booked but they have all amenities.
