First off, when 90 percent of the rooms are blocked off, and the few that are left have people hanging out of the open doors, it's not someplace I am even going to park my vehicle! Needless to say, I did NOT stay, and frankly, from the state of the "Office" I didn't even enter. I went 5 minutes down the road, walked in to a holiday Inn and had a fine stay.

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. I prepaid in advance for a King room through Expedia, but upon arrival, the receptionist simply stated that no King rooms were available and downgraded me to a double bed room without any proper resolution or compensation.  Things only got worse once I entered the room: Pest Infestation: There were bugs/crickets across the bathroom tile and carpeted floors.  Plumbing & Bathroom Issues: The bathroom sink was completely backed up and would not drain, leaving standing dirty water. The sink finish itself was chipped and poorly maintained.  Severe Rust & Poor Hygiene: The towel rack was heavily rusted, which is completely unsanitary given that "clean" bath towels sit directly against rust.  Dirty Appliances: The mini fridge was neglected, grimy, and had rust along the bottom seals.  Between the failure to honor a prepaid reservation, the pest problem, and the total lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance, I am not satisfied at all with this experience. I am escalating this matter directly through Expedia and expect hotel management to do the right thing and authorize a full refund immediately when contacted. I will never stay here again and warn others to book elsewhere.
