The food and cocktails were outstanding, with real attention to detail in both presentation and flavour. We first stayed here on our very first proper date, and coming back a year later for our anniversary was the perfect way to relive that memory. The hotel still delivers the same impeccable standard – elegant, modern, and effortlessly romantic. Would highly recommend The Aviator for anyone looking for a luxury stay with exceptional service.
