"The chalet was clean, lovely and plenty of room,big living area, everything you need in the kitchen for a longer stay, storage and equipment, hoover, iron and board... Really pleased with everything,check in, parking and the food in the restaurant was fantastic,loved spending time in the pool and sauna, even got some exercise with the cliff walk to Cromer town, we will definitely be booking again. Great trip thank you !! "

"The staff are very kind and welcoming, the roast dinner carvery and breakfast are 10/10. Very British, great quality service. Rooms are clean and tidy, pool and spa needs a little updating/fixing small wear&tear such as stairs to pool and pool flooring. Driving range is great fun, nice local woodland walk/park. Apart from very small maintenance issues, perfect stay. Will always return :) Relaxed and traditional atmosphere. "

"Room was spotless and bathroom had fairly new fittings. Staff friendly. Breakfast really good as well as an evening meal at the hotel. Plenty of parking and half hourly bus into city centre a very short walk in Hall Road. Nice hot recently renewed sauna and steam with a pool ideal for a leisurely swim."

"Unbeknown to us we had booked on a ‘footy’ weekend! But it made no difference to the hospitality of the staff. Friendly, efficient, helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice and catered well for me with a gluten problem. Highly recommended "
