"I rarely give reviews because I expect good service. However, my stay at Central Loop Hotel deserves a special mention. First of all, the hotel was centrally located and reasonably priced for someone who was on a budget. The check-in process was quick and friendly. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable with a great view of Adams St. and its renown architecture. When checking in, I was advised that complimentary coffee was available 24 hrs daily in the lower level. To my surprise, this lower level was much more than a coffee machine in the corner. It was an elegant business suite with work areas and meeting rooms. Finally, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. When I checked in, I noted that although I had made a non-refundable reservation for 5 nights, I would only be staying 4 nights. To my surprise I was refunded the extra night. Definitely, if I ever revisit Chicago I will stay at the Central Loop Hotel. Great value for a reasonable price."
