"We only stayed one night pre-cruise, and this hotel mostly met our needs. Our check in was quick and friendly. I also really liked the cucumber citrus water available near the front desk. The breakfast had good variety and was plentiful. Our room was ok, however we could never get hot water in the sink or shower. When we inquired, we were told the faucets may be backward, but we tried each way several times to no avail. I ended up microwaving water to wash my face and took a cold shower. I would probably choose a different hotel next time."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. They responded to our requests right away and made sure to greet us every time we entered the property. The pool is small, but there are nice tables outside on a patio for breakfast and working. The breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast- adequate variety and decent quality."

"This property was once a gem, but it has been run down. Very disappointed to find out the pool had been closed and we were never allowed near it. The chairs around the pool were ripped and rotting, a lock on the gate indicated it had been closed for a while, despite there being water in it. Being further from the airport than expected, also threw us for a loop, as a taxi cost way too much. No airport or port shuttles either."
