"The staff is very nice. The room has an older feel and smell. The shower is very slippery. They don’t have regular bottle water to buy. It’s a great place to get to and from the airport. The shuttle runs at the top of every hour. "

"All I did at the hotel was sleep, wash at the sink, and catch the 4:00 a.m. shuttle to the airport. Didn't shower, didn't eat breakfast, didn't explore amenities. The bed was comfortable and the shuttle showed up so I was happy."

"The beds had dirty sheets and comforts on them. The bath towels was dirty looking as well. The staff was ok but it’s a hard no to stay there again. Oh and the toilet stay running to where the water was coming out of it "

"Our stay was disrupted by several issues. The television did not work for the first two days despite multiple service visits. The bathtub had visible cracks, and the hot water was inconsistent; the shower was lukewarm while the sink was much hotter, as confirmed by maintenance. Additionally, the room had a strong odor traced to a refrigerator with mold and buildup. Maintenance was unavailable, so I cleaned it myself, which took about 30 minutes. The smell was overwhelming for me and concerning for my roommate, who has severe allergies. Although the staff was courteous, these problems caused stress, discomfort, and significant inconvenience. Guests should expect clean, fully functional rooms upon arrival."

"The breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from. Our room was facing the highway so if you’re a light sleeper that might affect you. For $150 I’d say the room could be nicer. The place wasn’t horrible, but multiple hairs left over in the shower/tub and some things not swept up under desks. Compared to other hotels I’ve had for that price recently I was a little disappointed. I can’t comment on the pool or gym because we didn’t get to use them. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t great either. I turned it up higher to help keep all the food we brought cold and the next morning it still wasn’t that cold. Fine for our food, but not the ice packs we needed. The staff I briefly had to speak to were pleasant. All in all, it was fine, but for that price it should’ve been nicer. "

"The breakfast bar was decent. The choice of bacon could be much much better. Perhaps having a different option when staying more than 1 night would be nice. More fruit and cereal options would have been nice too. "

"We got our room, door was opened. Our bed wasn’t made nor was trash taken out. We notified the front and it wasn’t going to be done for another 20-30 minute. After our first night we noticed the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic which is a fire hazard. We didn’t want to touch it. "
