4/10 Poor

"This hotel was disappointing to me. The tv did not work, the guy at the desk discovered the batteries were dead, but when replaced it still would not navigate the channels. The shampoo & conditioner in the shower appeared to be empty. The Kleenex & toilet paper were like sandpaper. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did nothing. The AC was terribly noisy, making sleep difficult. I understand when there is a restaurant on the premises you pay for breakfast, but not even coffee is free??? This place is badly in need of upgrading in every way. Do not recommend,"

"NO POWER due to local storm From 4pm 6/10 thru 6/11. No emergency lights. This is a 6 floor hotel. I am a senior citizen with mobility disabilities I was on 4th floor. No power no elevator This was my 2nd night stay and my luggage & medications were up in my room. I was out during day & returned to find out I was stuck sitting in lobby. I luckily had my sister living nearby she brought flash lights and was able to retrieve my medication from my room 404. By 12:30 am she helped me get to my room via stairs. No air no windows to open but I was stuck & was promised by staff they would discount the stay because of this situation. To date 3 days later NO partial refund has been given. No breakfast in AM still no power. I was shocked a well known hotel chain had no emergency plan or a generator for such situations. There were only 2 staff members they were nice and had no control over situation. I understand but at least give a partial reimbursement to customers for this stay. Very disappointing I have to pay full price for 1/2 service."

"The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of options for adults as well as kids. Dining area was always clean. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only about 20 mins away from the airport and 10 mins away from major shopping outlets. My only complaint with the property was that room service had to be booked in advance which I wish I knew sooner because we were traveling with an infant and needed the room cleaned at least once. Second, the property only had one working elevator and often times we had to take the stairs while carrying bags and our baby. Third, the laundry room is way too small. Thankfully there wasn’t a large amount of people who wanted to wash their clothes the night before our flight. Overall I would stay here again, but improvements can be made to better enjoy the hotel."
