"Everything and everybody was great. The only complaint was house keeping did not come until after 5pm. We had 3 of us with event in am and in pm to get ready for and needed towels, called to desk for towels, they never came. I ended up tracking down a housekeeper in the halls, exchanged dirty towels for clean, emptied our trash myself. House keeping knocked in our door as were were leaving around 530, didn't need them by then. Maybe they were short staffed? Other than that I absolutely loved this hotel."

"We were there three days. Never saw the cleaning staff. Said they would do a daily light clean - never happened never got garbage, never gave us fresh towels, never gave us additional coffee cups. Don't like the shower, no where to set your foot when shaving legs.also, we arrived a few hours early and simply asked if a room might already be available. We were told we have to pay an extra $30 to go into a room before the stated checkin time. Just not customer oriented."

"Property itself in the room. The pool area is also great. The only problem is when you dial the one 800 number for the code hotel you reach a lady when I consulted with her about early check-in. She said that was no problem Anything after 2 PM there was no charge before 2 PM. It was $100 so I opted for the 2 PM. I get on property in the gentleman would like no we can’t accommodate you. I said I spoke to the lady that you your number was 2 o’clock, no no no I just wish that they were on the same page and that they did more to accommodate someone that would be there for a week being 1100 almost 1200."

"Had a great time in a relaxing spot close to all the things we needed in a safe neighborhood. I found the hotel, clean with no bugs and adequate amenities. The pool was nice, and ample parking. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pillow topped bed was too soft for my taste."

"It is a little behind on maintenance but the dude running it is super nice and is trying to remodel where he can i would totally stay again"

"Really nice resort close enough to everything in Austin. Loved everything - room was beautiful, pools were so clean and had excellent drink service, on site restaurants were delicious. Loved relaxing with a glass of wine looking over the golf course. 10/10"
