It was an ok place to stay. Elevator was not working. Toilet got clogged and they fixed it last day. Smell on the stairs and lobby were not that pleasent. It definitely needs some improvements.

Told the staff on a Friday morning and it wasn’t taken care of in addition after telling them again of the leak it took them to Sunday to tell maintance wasn’t there on weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, but could not make up for all the things that were wrong. The Queen sized mattress was really only good for one person, as one side was so broken down that could not sit or sleep on it. The elevator was broken, and we were on the third floor. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby only had decaf. Took forever to check in, as the lone person at the desk had to go upstairs to help a tenant who was locked out of his room. Will not stay at this location or any other Woodspring suites ever again.
