She said oh I’m sorry. I asked if there was anyone Oncall or mgmt Oncall? She called me back to room and offered 25000 points still we had booked from second party and that’s all they cd do. I let her know, all I wanted was to watch tv. But ok. The closet door was difficult to open, the breaker box was open. Not enough lighting in restroom or makeup area. "
