"The breakfast was average. The rooms lobby and halls were clean. The pool was extremely cold water. There weren’t enough towels or washcloths in the rooms. "

"We’ve stayed here a couple of times when flying into the Atlanta area, and it’s now our go-to spot for overnight stays after a long flight from Turkey to ATL. The hotel is conveniently located—only about 30 minutes from the airport. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were fantastic, even arranging a late check-out for us since we arrived exhausted from our 19-hour journey. The property is well-situated near a shopping mall, and there’s a lovely Italian restaurant right next door. Our only minor complaint during our last visit was the lack of complimentary water in the rooms, which many hotels typically provide. The breakfast buffet was excellent—better than most, with a great variety of options. We’ll definitely stay here again. "

"Elevator was messed up made a horrible noise. It got stuck once mentioned to staff they brushed it off. Definitely not safe "

"First room’s microwave did not work, kitchen sink running, and bathroom had hair either from previous people or cleaners. Desk person did not seem surprised and gave a second room. Second room was better, carpet felt a bit moist with stains all over, lots of gnats, toilet made continuous flowing water sound. Closet had no rack, kitchen cabinet missing "
