Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Dean was fantastic and always warm and friendly whenever you saw him. Loved this hotel and would happily go back. "

Had to call again and insist someone comes to sort out it as there isn’t a toilet brush in the room, finally someone came but initially they said there were no maintenance people , it was 7:30 am when we first told them "

"Absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish Staff so helpful & kind . The food was really good in the restaurant and a reasonable price. The morning breakfast was very good a nice change from a traditional breakfast lots of choices very yummy. The bedroom was very clean the bedding was very good quality. We liked the nice touches of freshly made biscuits still warm a small fridge with bottles of water and fresh milk in . What more could you ask for. Home from home. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back later in the year. Thank you so much for a lovely stay just what we needed. John&Jenny Hall."
