Staff wasn't very accommodating. They do not offer the option of having an iron for the room other than having it sent to a lady to do it with a Huge fee per item of clothing. This is not a 5 star hotel. Very in accommodating! Not worth the money but it is a great location.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre schon lange hinter sich. Es ist ein alter Kasten aus den 1960er Jahren der eine richtige Renovierung bzw. Sanierung braucht. Es ist mit einem wilden Mix alter Möbel (nicht Antiquitäten) ausgestattet. Es gibt noch Safes mit Schlüssel - wir praktisch wenn man an den Strand geht … Unsere Matratze war steinhart, im Zimmer unserer Tochter eher zu weich Das Frühstück ist Solala - Eierspeisen kosten ordentlich extra - das ist nicht zeitgemäß Immerhin war aber der Parkplatz kostenlos Am Abend war es bis sehr spät laut - Musik und lautes Lachen, Singen usw von benachbarten Hotels

Un passaggio di lavoro

Hotel situato di fronte al noto l’ovale storico “La Capannina” e quindi vicinissimo al mare. Camera confortevole anche se non fronte mare. Solarium al 4’piano che fa godere di una vista sul mare.

Hotel mit Ueberraschungspotential

Unser Aufenthalt wurde überschattet von einem Unfall in der Dusche Mitte Woche: Die Duschtüre zerbarst in 1000 Stücke und ich erlitt zahlreiche Schnittwunden. Zwar reagierte das Hotel prompt, rief die Ambulanz, die mich ins Spital fuhr, und bot sofort ein neues Zimmer auf der gleichen Etage an. Dannach fand ich es allerdings ziemlich befremdend, dass ich nie eine Entschuldigung oder einen Ausdruck des Bedauerns hörte...einzelne Angestellte fragten nach meinem Befinden aber nie etwas offizielles... Das Hotel liegt an guter Lage, dürfe aber in der Hochsaison ziemlich laut sein, einen Vorgeschmack erhielten wir an Ostern....Lärm bis in die frühen Morgenstunden... Das Personal ist freundlich aber teilweise nur italienisch sprechend...so bestellte ich einmal zum Frühstück "2 fried eggs" und der Kellner hatte keine blasse Ahnung, von was ich sprach...

Nice experience

We had a very pleasant stay at President during four Days in July. The rooms held a high standard with nice beds and good AC and cleanliness. The staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was good. Easy parking at the hotel. It is a close walking distance to the beach and the hotels own facilities there is terrific. Many good restaurants nearby in Forte dei Marmi which is a nice and quiet village. We can strongly recommend President to anyone planning to stay in the area.

Need improvments for handeling international guest

Reseption and resturant staff must also follow up guests who do not speak Italian, and the picolo service was a joke.Hotel fasilities vas OK, bit Aldo like a timetraveling back to the early 80th .

The breakfast is not great, could do with offering eggs and more of a selection very basic and poor quality the pastries where not cooked inside! For kids there is not much outdoor space for or anything for them to play on.
