The employees were so hateful when I went to go check in because they said they didn't know who really stayed in the room, and what a strange thing to say to your customers. Like why would you want to make someone feel uncomfortable and then expect them to want to stay again. Also the heater worked somewhat but not very well.

Will never stay here again. The staff acted like they didn’t understand English, their breakfast was a joke and then I was told I had to sit there with them in their “so called lobby” to eat my breakfast . I was not allowed to take my breakfast to my room. The coffee was extremely cold. I had to put it in the microwave and they had no juice at all. The room was not very clean. The sheets were dirty. It was a disaster.

I arrived at the property and there were huge piles of furniture all around the property and it smelled really bad. It looked like it wouldn't even be open because it looked like a landmine or a junkyard. There was a lot of noise from the gentlemen down the hall, and it was just a chaotic place to be. Then in the morning when we went to the office for breakfast, they guys in the office were very rude about not taking the breakfast to our rooms at all. They were extremely hateful to us. We mentioned staying another night and they had such a bad attitude that we decided not to stay again.

There was no food on the complimentary breakfast, coffee was cold. Sheets were dirty, writing on bathroom door, room smelled like weed or pott. Bed was hard as a rock, staff wasnt friendly. Customers told the ladie 3 times that the coffee was cold and i ask about toast or bagels and she told me they were out until tomorrow.

Cockroach’s in the room. No hair dryers. The mintute we stepped inside it smelled like cigarettes, and it was supposedly a “smoke free room”.Shower was clogged with water every time we’d use it. The room itself was pretty filthy and the bed sheets had cigarette burn holes. definitely don’t recommend and if it would be possible i’d want my money back.

Cheap room, sheets were holey, and linens smelled. At 1am i was awakened by a phone call on the hotel phone saying "the battery was out on the security camera and some one was going to come to my to change it" Theres no cameras, and i told thim no eay eas anyone coming to or in my room at 1am. I immediately called the front desk and they said they have no cameras and had not called. Pretty sketch. Sat locked and loaded waiting for some to knock on that door till daylight then checked out.
