This was a nice facility, the smell of weed in the elevator was gross. Litter could have been picked up better in the lobby. We spent 4 nights here and we had no hot water four different times. A few mornings and a few nights. It was a good place other than that. Location to Ft.Worth Stockyards was a quick drive.

New and clean. I liked the floor plan and amenities that made it a comfortable stay. I did have noisy neighbors who came out onto the walkway in the middle of the night. Management should police that a little better. All in all I enjoyed my stay and will return. It is a convenient location.

I really recommend to stay here if you really want to be comfortable. The rooms are the size of a 1bed room apt. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower, besides that it was a remarkable stay.

Overall I had an excellent stay. The area was quiet. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. I just had to double check everything to make sure it was clean. When I got there the toilet seat definitely wasn’t clean.

Great staff

The premises was very clean and the staff went out of their way to tend to my every need. Victor and the rest of the staff should be rewarded without them this place wouldn't be as great as it was. I'm a disabled veteran most of my comments are for the company the kitchen needs more pots atleast one to cook rice bigger than the ones that are currently there. The bathroom has plenty of space but I would strongly recommend a toilet paper holder something you can move around and a bath mat for people like myself who are higher fall risks. A sponge and dish liquid for the kitchen and an extra phone in the living room for emergency purposes.

This place was new and wasn't our usual hotel stay. If you are looking for lodging that focuses on an apartment or condo type feel, this place may suit you. We liked it because it had common amenities of home such as living space, separate bedroom, and on sight amenities such as laundry room. There is no pool if that is your thing. There is also a quiet curfew at night. It has a common area with grill and seating. We enjoyed our stay.

Good apartment style hotel

The hotel was nice and clean. There aren’t many business nearby like restaurants or grocery stores. The kitchen was nice but had to drive farther away to a Kroger to buy food to cook. Not a deal breaker though. Price was pretty good to especial with a full kitchen. The only thing I had an issue with was that you can hear everything from the room over. Also people didn’t observe the quiet hours from 9pm-7am. It was close to 11pm and people were in the outdoor common area barbecuing and playing music. Other than that it was a nice hotel.
